She was so extremely rude to my mother and I while checking in our bags. She went out of her way to keep picking on my mom at the gate because she refused to let her take a carryon item! She was carrying a purse with her documents while others had purses, diapers bags ect. She was trying to make her pay for for carry on item and was so extremely RUDE, it literally ruined our flight. we will never fly with this airline AGAIN. Also will be emailing their customer service."
