Impulsonics, a medical device startup developing advanced acoustic wave-based cell technology, has secured £450,000 ( approximately $573,338) in early-stage funding, the University of Bristol announced on May 2, 2024. The funding will help simplify the work of cell researchers with its contactless cell-moving technology. According to the press release, SFC Capital led the startup’s funding Impulsonics will use the new capital to accelerate the development and testing of its acoustic-based biotech platform aiming to revolutionize cell research and drug development.
