I have been trying to change my reservation and it is taking me from 6 to 9 hours almost and I do not talk to anyone and they game me a number to call and that is a company that does not have a name and I have voice recording and their number is 1888-397-3909. and they can't and will not help you- they waste your time getting your info for no reason. so don't waste your time even talking to them. And my issue STILL not resolved and I am mad for even ever dealing with this airlines. and I will make sure I report it every where for their BAD service and you don't even get."
