This trip I must say I had the most friendly servers EVER, love you guys! However, flew into LA, was suppose to have the 2:00pm flight, but somehow, got ticketed for the 4:30 flight, OK, so I ask to get on the 2:00 flight, YES, IT WILL COST YOU $50. REALLY?? Doesn't this go against all logic? Should they pay ME $50 bucks cuz I'm early, and can get on a flight, and save my seat on the later flight for those late comers, or the horror of a broken plane and they have to purchase a hotel room for me, or the next flight is overbooked?? U.A., is your marketing Guy, a, genius? or, ??"
