Cal. accounts, by the way verizon , thanks for the heads up...not... If has been a true cluster!@#$ going through this transition, at first it started with not being able to get the channels we paid for then, when we tried to pay our bill they were not set up to take payments neither online nor over the phone...(tried this three times, and they told me they could not look up my account. :( ) so now we get a box in the mail saying they want me to put my fios equipment in it and send it back to them. Two days later I'm not getting any Internet service, but my phone and tv are working, so I call and they say I do not have an account (interesting note: frontiers customer service and tech support is located in the PHILIPPINES....yes you heard me the PHILIPPINES). So anyway by Monday morning I have no service at all and
They want me to pay for my service for last month plus one month in advance, for an account with a company I now know I do not want to do business with. Seriously can you rank them lower than one star??????"
