201 reviews and 38 photos of FRONTIER AIRLINES "We flew with Frontier on October 13 and I have NEVER had a worse experience checking into an airline in my life. Several months ago we booked a direct flight with the Frontier website. To summarize - they had booked us on the wrong flight number (1579 instead of 1759), the flight was not direct contrary to what was advertised, and the agent checking us was incredibly rude, allowing the whole process of printing our tickets to take ONE HOUR.

Checking into LGA is stressful on its own but when it takes ONE HOUR without knowing if you are going to get on the plane is even worse. The agent, Evelyn Puma, clearly was having problems checking us in. Instead of apologizing and/or informing us of what was happening, she would say "give me two seconds", be gone for 10-15 minutes, only to return with nothing resolved. She was abrupt and discourteous in her responses, repeatedly said this was not her fault (specifically). Instead she fell back on that she had only been working for two months. I did not know that Frontier's training program for CUSTOMER SERVICE only kicks in after two months? On one of her excursions to the back, we asked her colleague (?Ramon) to let us know what was going on. After rolling his eyes, he came back and dismissively said "she's working on it", again without an explanation. Her manager (?Roberto) was equally as unhelpful when he was finally called over AFTER our tickets were resolved, saying he could not help us and could not give us a phone number as to who we could call. We asked to make sure that it was resolved before our returning flight; this did not happen either. We called before hand and a telephone representative fixed it, issuing us a new reservation code. It is too bad that Frontier hires such unqualified individuals to check in their customers because the flight attendants were very friendly. I am not sure if Frontier has noticed that they are in NO position to be lacking as with these economical times, they would be one of the first to go under. We still have not received any recompensation or formal apology from Frontier. Needless to say, since I would rather be sure with my flight plans and work with agents with moderate amount of respect for their clients, I will NOT be flying Frontier again (despite your delicious easy bake oven chocolate chip cookies)."
