15 reviews and 9 photos of KLM ROYAL DUTCH AIRLINES "Just got back from Amsterdam and flew a direct KLM flight from Dulles and returning there both direct flights.

The first point I want to make is that the plane was exceptionally clean (turns out it was very new!) on the way there, and while we were on an older model on the return it was also very clean. I normally feel disgusting when I get off a plane but not so this time.

The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The service was great throughout the check-in and flight in both directions (honestly it was even better in Amsterdam at the gate).

The food was nothing to write home about but was of good quality considering."
