27 reviews and 25 photos of BREEZE AIRWAYS "I flew them MCO-SNA. We had a delay of a couple hours due to a late aircraft, but crew and gate team were ready to roll as soon as the aircraft arrived. Turned us around for departure in about 20 min. Very friendly crew onboard, and before I even landed I had an email with a credit to use later because of the delay.
Keep in mind, it's kinda a Jet Blue/Spirit hybrid. Think, branding of Jet Blue with pricing of Spirit. If you buy the base fare, everything is an up charge. I actually bought a first class seat for $129 and it was great.
Only downside is minimal customer service options if you need to speak with someone. They respond to text, but don't have a phone number to call. They were very responsive, it just wasn't immediate when I had a question.
I'd definitely fly with them again! I rolled the dice on it because I figured if it fell apart I'd only spent a hundred bucks, but it was a great experience overall."
