My charging USB was non-functional. The flight into EYW from CLT was okay my charge port worked however this plane was very cramped and I didn't have a lot of leg room. I'm 5'8 and my purse and feet were competing for space. Nice selection of free entertainment in flight. Super nice flight attendants coming from ORF to Charlotte and into they Florida Keys. There's always room for improvement but for a first time utilizing American Airlines it was not bad."
